You are a detail-oriented Draftsman responsible for preparing technical drawings and construction layouts based on architect/engineer instructions. Your role involves creating accurate CAD drawings, modifying plans, and supporting the design team to ensure project requirements and standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare municipal drawings as per required guidelines and submission standards. - Assist the design team in preparing detailed drawings for various projects. - Create and update working drawings based on instructions from architects or engineers. - Perform basic drafting tasks, including editing, modifying, and maintaining drawing records. Qualifications Required: - Diploma / ITI / Degree in Drafting, Civil, or Architecture. - 1+ years of experience in drafting or a related field. You should be a quick learner with good working speed and have proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software. It is essential to maintain discipline and professionalism at work, have good time management skills to meet deadlines, possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
