Business system owner HighRadius Cloud Analyst

Role Overview: You will be working as a Business System Owner (BSO) Analyst for HighRadius Cloud platform at Sanofi, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the platform for Collections and Cash Application across 80+ countries. Your main responsibilities will include leveraging HighRadius Cloud solution capabilities, participating in business activities for the HighRadius upgrade, monitoring global adoption, and tracking platform performance. This role requires a good understanding of Collections and Cash Application processes within the Order to Cash cycle, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on knowledge of HighRadius Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Support HighRadius Cloud platform operations for Collections and Cash Application - Monitor platform health and job completion - Review collector worklist generation and anomalies - Assist in ticket triage and routing - Verify SAP HighRadius data sync - Track strategy execution and automation rate performance - Maintain KPI dashboard updates and overdue trend reports - Participate in HighRadius upgrade and configuration activities - Collect and consolidate business requirements - Prepare business specifications - Execute UAT preparation and coordination - Deliver key user responsibilities during training sessions - Engage in post go-live activities - Clarify solutions and follow-up on issues - Document configuration changes and design settings - Execute regression testing activities - Engage in continuous improvement, reporting, and analytics - Gather and consolidate feedback for platform improvements - Monitor post-launch initiatives and track KPI performance - Ensure Reporting and Analytics needs are met - Maintain data foundation build and KPI enhancement - Validate data accuracy and maintain documentation - Communicate feature delivery and updates - Participate in HighRadius vendor relationship and ticket governance - Track SLA compliance and attend service reviews - Record configuration changes and manage CR pipeline - Execute ticket governance and document root cause analysis Qualification Required: - 23 years' experience in Collections and/or Cash Application within an Order to Cash environment - Experience with HighRadius in a multinational company - Hands-on experience with HighRadius Collections and/or Cash Application modules - Understanding of Collections and Cash Application processes end-to-end - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration with HighRadius - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good business acumen - Knowledge of Reporting and Analytics tools - Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and change request management - Knowledge of Jira - Knowledge of Microsoft Office with expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint Additional Details: Sanofi is a global life sciences company committed to improving healthcare access and developing innovative solutions.
