Data and Process Management Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining Sanofi as an Analyst in Data & Process Management, where you will be a crucial part of the GTMC, Insights & Analytics Capabilities team. Key Responsibilities: - Support the data management team based in the US, ensuring robust data management practices are implemented to drive business success. - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data requirements accurately and on time, maintaining data availability, quality, and completeness. - Identify data requirements and gaps, develop SOPs for data management processes, and provide training to end users on data usage. - Build advanced tools, automate processes, and improve analytical capabilities. - Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, lead and develop SBO operations associates, and leverage new technologies for operational efficiency. - Initiate contracting processes, collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning, and manage budgets effectively. - Ensure data supplied by CDM is effectively used in commercial operations processes and administer CDM activities related to quarterly operations cycles. - Monitor data quality reports, maintain requirements documents and metadata, and provide support for data inquiries. - Collaborate with Digital teams to enhance data access, develop tools and processes, and improve data quality and productivity. - Support key data management activities such as developing data quality frameworks and data cataloguing.
