As a Digital Product Owner focused on Portfolio & Clinical AI Workflows, you will be responsible for leading AI-driven workflows to support Portfolio and Clinical research within the R&D domain. Your primary role will involve designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML-enabled workflows that facilitate portfolio decision-making, clinical data analysis, and cross-program insights. This position will require close collaboration with clinical scientists, portfolio strategy teams, data scientists, and platform engineering to ensure the delivery of reliable, compliant, and impactful AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own the roadmap and backlog for Portfolio & Clinical AI workflows. - Define use cases and requirements for AI/ML-driven analytics and decision-support tools. - Translate scientific, clinical, and portfolio needs into clear product specifications. - Ensure workflows are production-ready, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards. - Partner with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models into reproducible workflows. - Collaborate with various stakeholders including clinical development teams, portfolio strategy stakeholders, data science, AI engineering teams, and platform partners. - Lead agile development cycles, maintaining a prioritized backlog that balances short-term impact with long-term scalability. - Track adoption, usability, and scientific impact of deployed AI workflows. - Identify new AI opportunities aligned with strategic research priorities. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in life sciences, clinical research, or AI/ML environments. - Experience delivering AI-driven or analytics-driven products to scientific or clinical users. - Strong understanding of clinical development processes and portfolio governance frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and enterprise data systems. - Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle concepts and experience translating data science outputs into operational workflows. - Soft skills include effective communication of complex AI concepts, strategic thinking, and ability to operate across scientific, technical, and operational domains. - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Clinical Research, or related field.
