Job Title Global Meetings Events Data Analysis Expert Location Hyderabad About the job At Sanofi we chase the miracles of science to improve people s lives We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the patients and families we serve and we accomplish our goals through world-class research and with the compassion and commitment of our employees As we continue to transform the practice of medicine the next chapter of Sanofi s Play to Win strategy will require a focus on delivering transformation and simplification of our core processes optimizing resource allocation and deployment to fuel business growth and investment in science To facilitate this transformation the Business Operations Business Unit is bringing together existing business service activities and driving further expansion of centralized services at scale into a global unit with a focus on driving simplification efficiency and productivity This new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R D M S the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial Finance Procurement and People Culture Reporting to the Event Engagement Insights Analytics Lead theGlobal Meetings Events Data Analysis Expert plays a critical role in analyzing and visualizing data leading driving data-driven decision-making within Sanofi s Global Meetings Events GM E operations Along with a junior data analyst this role focuses on analysing performance metrics creating insightful reports and developing interactive dashboards to enhance visibility on the GM E process Main Responsibilities Data Analysis Employ advanced analytics techniques to analyze meetings events data extracting valuable insights for process optimization Performance Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of meetings events performance metrics identifying trends opportunities and areas for improvement Domain Knowledge Understand Meetings Events processes and maintains expertise on key trends developments Report Generation Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators KPIs to provide stakeholders with actionable insights Dashboard Development Design and create interactive dashboards using Power BI to enhance data accessibility and understanding Data Integrity Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in performance analysis and reporting through regular validation and quality checks Collaboration Work closely with Meetings and Events team procurement teams IT Finance and other relevant stakeholders to gather data requirements and align reporting with business needs Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes implement automation where possible and stay abreast of industry best practices Communication Effectively communicate performance insights and trends to a diverse audience tailoring the message to meet the needs of different stakeholders Mentoring Work closely with the current junior data analyst and help him her to improve his her analytics skills as well as his her soft skills About you Experience 6 years of experience in performance analysis reporting and dashboard development Functional skills Experience in performance analysis related to meetings events and knowledge of events data management tools like Sales Force Soft skills Technical skills Proficient in Power BI and relational database management and design Hands on experience of SQL and sound understanding of coding Python Power Query DAX Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills to convey complex data concepts Experience in handling large data set big data knowledge of AI ML and any automation tool is a plus Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Education Bachelor s Master s degree in Business Analytics Business Intelligence Data Science or a related field Languages Fluent in English spoken and written null .
