As a Web Designer specializing in Veeva Vault & Email Templates at Sanofi Business Operations Medical Events (SBO), your role will involve creating visually engaging and brand-compliant digital assets. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you: Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing digital components such as HTML emailers, responsive web pages, and interactive media using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, with a particular focus on Veeva Vault compatibility. Your main tasks will include creating brand-aligned templates and reusable components for CLM, email, and web platforms. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance on Veeva CLM/Email/Web-based deliverables, collaborate on troubleshooting and code optimization, and support the creation of various digital content. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop digital components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap for Veeva Vault compatibility. - Create brand-aligned templates and reusable components for CLM, email, and web platforms. - Provide technical guidance on Veeva CLM/Email/Web-based deliverables. - Collaborate with content teams and scientific writers to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. - Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and stakeholder specifications. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in digital design/web development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Veeva Vault, and Adobe Suite. - Knowledge of email campaign design, W3C validation, Google PageSpeed, design trends, and layout aesthetics. - Graduate or postgraduate in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written English skills.
