About the role
Role Overview: As a Principal Data Management Programmer within the Hyderabad Hub at our innovative global healthcare company, you will play a crucial role in developing programs for data validation, data review, and protocol deviation deliverables for assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include providing timely support to Study Team(s) on data management programming or data visualization analytics as per project data cleaning strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Developing listings, summary tables, figures, and/or advanced analytics for data validation, data review, medical review, AE dedicated review, and SAE reconciliation - Distributing and/or deploying data review and data validation solutions, including cross-panel checks and internal/external data reconciliation - Creating automatic protocol deviations identification solutions - Collaborating with standard Data Reporting Analyst (DRA) to maintain and optimize existing reporting tools, programs, and report library - Developing efficient Power BI, Spotfire, R/Shiny & SAS standard packages for programming study solutions - Managing technical writing at CTT level (e.g., user guides, specifications, programming conventions) - Analyzing new requirements from customers and proposing technical solution strategies Qualifications Required: - Experience in strong SAS programming or equivalent programming language (R/R Shiny, Python) - Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau - Clinical trial experience, clinical data management experience, and pharmaceutical industry experience preferred - Advanced project management, collaboration, communication, and independent thinking skills - Knowledge of programming languages (SAS, R, Python), database structure, and data flow - Familiarity with industry standards and practices (e.g., CDISC CDASH and SDTM) - Experience in implementing and fine-tuning AI/ML models - Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and GCP practices in Data Management - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in life science or mathematics-related area - Strong English skills and ability to work effectively in a global environment Additional Company Details: Joining the team in the India Hub, you will lead data management programming activities for global studies in various therapeutic areas and contribute to the evolution of Clinical Data Management and deployment of innovations.
