About the role
You will play a critical role as a Patient Experience iCare Exchange Snowflake Engineer at Sanofi Digital by building and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant data solutions supporting patient services. Your deep technical expertise in Snowflake will be crucial for architecting, developing, and optimizing data solutions to enhance patient experiences while ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using technologies like GitHub, Terraform, and SQL. - Code Reviews & Best Practices: Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards. - Agile Development: Collaborate with product managers and designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features efficiently. - CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and automation strategies. - Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Security & Compliance: Ensure applications follow best security practices and industry compliance standards. - Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for reference and future development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. - Proficiency in Python programming & scripting for data processing and automation. - Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc. - Strong troubleshooting skills for AWS services and knowledge of Splunk/AWS monitoring tools. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. In your role, you will maintain strict adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards and compliance requirements, ensuring all solutions comply with PHI and PII regulations.
