Key Responsibilities Create and develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX and AutoCAD Design and develop tooling systems, including forging dies and moulds Conduct detailed tool design analysis and ensure manufacturability Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation Collaborate with production teams to support die trials and troubleshooting Implement improvements in tool life, productivity, and cost efficiency Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements Technical Skills Required Strong hands-on experience in: Siemens NX (essential) AutoCAD Expertise in: 3D modeling 2D drafting Tool design and mould design Knowledge of: Forging die design (preferred) Forging processes and operations Preferred Skills Experience in hot / cold forging die design Understanding of material behavior in forging Familiarity with manufacturing processes and tooling concepts Exposure to simulation tools (optional advantage)
