Role SummaryWe are seeking a visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architecture that leverages the best of Salesforce's ecosystem, including Sales, Service, Experience, AI, and other speciality clouds. Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end Salesforce-based solutions, integrating multiple clouds and third-party systems. Ensure adherence to best practices, security, scalability, and performance standards. Technical Leadership Guide development teams across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and provide mentorship and quality assurance. Review code and configurations to ensure architectural integrity. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and present architectural options. Translate business goals into actionable technical solutions. Innovation & Strategy Stay ahead with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends. Recommend innovative tools and platforms that align with business goals. Documentation & Governance Create technical documents including data flow diagrams, architecture documents, and security models. Establish architectural governance practices for the Salesforce platform. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years as a Technical or Solution Architect. Proven experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, Field Service, Health). Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and Salesforce APIs. Strong experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft preferred). Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture and data model. Salesforce certifications: Application Architect or System Architect or CTA Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Architect Certification a strong advantage. Experience working in Agile environments. Exposure to DevOps tools & CI/CD Pipelines (Copado, Gearset, etc.).
