Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at our fast-growing architecture & interior design firm in T.Nagar, Chennai, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your role will involve working closely with senior architects, handling drafting, 3D modeling, and site coordination tasks. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp - Create 3D models, renders, and presentation sheets for client meetings - Assist senior architects in concept design, space planning, and material selection - Visit project sites for measurements, progress tracking, and coordination with contractors - Prepare BOQ, mood boards, and support documentation work - Coordinate with interior, MEP, and structural teams for smooth project execution To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold a B.Arch degree from a recognized college. We also welcome freshers with a good portfolio - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Revit. Knowledge of Photoshop basics is a plus - Possess a good sense of design, detailing, and space planning - Ability to join immediately or provide a maximum of 15 days' notice - Preference for candidates based in Chennai/T.Nagar area Additionally, we offer learning exposure to live projects and a growth path to an Architect role.
