Publicis Sapient - Senior Associate Technology( Java + Microservices +AWS ) Job: Technology & Engineering Role: Senior Associate Technology Experience: 5 to 10 years Primary Skills: Core Java, Multithreding, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud Role Summary As a Senior Associate Technology, you will design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale digital solutions using modern Java technologies and Microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems while following Agile engineering practices and cloud-native development principles. Your Impact Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java applications. Build cloud-native Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Develop secure RESTful APIs for enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Contribute to architecture discussions and solution design. Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD. Diagnose and resolve production issues while improving application performance. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices. Required Skills & Experience 5 to 10 years of Java+Microservices+AWS Cloud development experience. Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17/21. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework. Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture. Experience building high-cohesion, loosely coupled services. Knowledge of: Security Transactions Idempotency Distributed caching Log tracing Monitoring Containerization Strong Object-Oriented Programming concepts. Design Patterns and SOLID principles. Data Structures and Algorithms. Multithreading and Java Concurrency. Java Memory Management and Garbage Collection. Exception Handling, Serialization/Deserialization, Generics, Collections, Annotations, Enums. REST API development and integration. Spring Cloud ecosystem. Kafka or other messaging platforms. SQL and NoSQL databases. Maven or Gradle. Git or SVN. JUnit and Mockito. Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Preferred Skills Cloud Certifications. Kubernetes and Docker.
