About the role
Executive -LS Retail Job Responsibilities - Identifying and resolving technical issues related to LS Retail POS NAV and integrations with other systems and Payment wallets - Develop and customize the application functionalities and reports as per business requirements with writing code in C/AL programming - Will be responsible for managing the technical environment of LSR POS and MS Dynamics NAV - Have a good knowledge about NAV functional processes, Business Central & D365 - Knowledge in SQL Database is a must. - Should be able to create store procedures. - Facilitate the implementation and support of LS Retail related change and menu management. - Monitoring of data Synch, posting jobs and Integration points related to SAP and other interfaces. - Helping in reconciliation of data to Operation and Finance team. - Store and Online menu management. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. - Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. - Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. - Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. - Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems. - Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. - Provide consulting services on both recent implementations and existing support projects. - Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. - Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior team members. - Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor. Overall Requirements - 1+ years of experience in LS NAV, Business Central & SQL - B.E. / B.Tech / MCA Degree or related experience in a technical field required. - Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills - Self-starter & a willingness to learn/expand/upskill existing knowledge - Strong organizational skills with working in teams. - Good at Multi-tasking and coordination - Attention to detail. - QSR/Retail domain experience will be preferred. .
