About the role
Job title: IT Analyst
Duties: Analyze and evaluate clients' existing business requirements, functional specifications, and security controls to safeguard company data. Gather and assess end-user requirements to ensure alignment with business needs and oversee quality assurance for system development and implementation. Design and configure procurement and inventory management processes to optimize operational efficiency. Develop and refine software plans by analyzing functional modules on NT Server and Linux environments. Write and optimize stored procedures and SQL queries, review code, and enhance software solutions from development to production. Perform performance tuning, optimization, and testing of software and database systems for e-commerce management. Provide end-user training to ensure seamless adoption of developed systems. May need to work in other locations as required.
Requirement: Associate’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and at least two years of IT-related experience.
