About the role
Job title: Sr. Software Engineer
Duties: Analyze business processes to determine application functional requirements and technical specifications; assess user needs for software upgrades, patches, and installation processes to address business processing challenges; develop and implement cloud migration strategies, including Azure ASR scenarios for seamless deployment; design and develop front-end and web service clients to integrate with various service providers and meet business objectives; conduct high-availability web service and system process analysis, ensuring optimal performance and scalability; create and maintain RESTful web services, updating and synchronizing codebases as needed; deploy and implement process improvements, optimizing software delivery pipelines and automating build scripts; evaluate and troubleshoot existing software applications, enhancing functionality and system efficiency; provide user training and documentation for developed systems to ensure smooth adoption and usability. May need to work in other locations as required.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least five years of experience.
