As a Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization against cyber threats. Your responsibilities will include: - Threat Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging cyber threats, monitor threat actor activities, and analyze tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to identify potential risks. - Alert Triage and Incident Analysis: Assist in analyzing security alerts, identifying critical issues, and providing timely intelligence to mitigate threats. - Data Collection and OSINT: Gather and analyze data using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodologies to support ongoing threat investigations. - Report Preparation: Contribute to the development of threat intelligence reports for internal and external stakeholders, translating complex technical information into clear and actionable insights. - SOP Development: Collaborate with the team to refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for systematic threat analysis, ensuring efficiency and scalability. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and data acquisition teams to integrate new intelligence sources and enhance the effectiveness of our threat intelligence platform. Key Qualifications: - Educational Background: Completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic Knowledge of Cybersecurity: Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as web application security, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment. - Familiarity with OSINT: Basic knowledge of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools and methodologies for data collection. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or GO is advantageous. Experience with automation and data analysis tools is a plus. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical findings. - Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, your interest in Cybersecurity Challenges, such as bug bounty programs, Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges, or cybersecurity competitions, will be valued. Your willingness to learn and develop skills in threat intelligence, threat actor profiling, and behavioral analysis is essential for success in this role.
