About the role
LOOKING immediate JOINERS Position: Java Technical Lead Experience: 8 to10 Years Location: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift Role & responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Conduct HLD/LLD, architecture, and code reviews. Define coding standards and engineering best practices. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership. Application Development Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Design and build REST APIs and event-driven applications. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues. Cloud & DevOps Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Build containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation and monitoring. Team & Delivery Lead Agile development teams. Support sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical decision-making. Participate in hiring, technical interviews, and mentoring. Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence. Preferred candidate profile Required Technical Skills Core Technologies Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security Microservices Architecture REST APIs Multithreading & Concurrency Design Patterns & SOLID Principles Databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle MongoDB or Redis SQL Optimization and Performance Tuning Messaging Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ Event-Driven Architecture Distributed Transactions (Saga Pattern) Cloud & DevOps AWS (Preferred), Azure, or GCP Docker & Kubernetes Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD Maven or Gradle Monitoring Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace Preferred Experience Retail & E-Commerce Banking & Financial Services FinTech Healthcare Insurance SaaS Platforms Leadership Competencies Strong architecture and system design skills Hands-on coding and technical problem-solving Team leadership and mentoring Stakeholder management Excellent communication skills Ability to drive technical decisions and deliver complex projects
