Construction Management Engineer

Job Title: Construction Management Engineer Department: Project Execution / Engineering Location: Noida Reporting to: Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager Job Summary: The Construction Management Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Planning Scheduling: Prepare work schedules and construction timelines Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation Monitor project milestones and report progress to management Quality Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations Coordination and Communication: Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and consultants Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, drawings, and records Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, project status and delays Recommend corrective actions Support in handling project billing, change orders, and claims Required Skills: Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and codes Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management tools Leadership and team coordination Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering 5-10 years of experience in construction site execution Certification in project management (PMP, Primavera) is a plus Knowledge of safety protocols and site management practices Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
