Position: Data Engineering Location: BKC, Mumbai About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This role is for someone who takes real ownership, delivers reliably, and can independently drive projects from design through production. We care as much about execution and accountability as technical ability. The right candidate is proactive, highly available, responsive under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality systems on time. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows Own data infrastructure and ensure reliability, monitoring, and performance Develop and maintain orchestration workflows using Airflow Write clean, efficient, production-grade Python code Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and schemas Improve data quality, observability, and operational stability Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams Troubleshoot production issues and take responsibility for end-to-end resolution Continuously improve architecture, scalability, and deployment processes Requirements At least 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role Strong ownership mentality and high sense of responsibility Proven ability to deliver reliably and meet deadlines High-level proficiency in Python Strong SQL expertise, preferably PostgreSQL Deep understanding of: o Database design o Query optimization o Performance tuning o Data modeling Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice to Have Experience with Apache Airflow Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines If interested, please send your updated resume in word docs and kindly fill in the following details.
