VR Developer

About Sarvagya Institute Sarvagya Institute develops advanced industrial digitalisation solutions, including AR/VR training applications, industrial software, IoT systems, AI vision solutions, learning management systems and workforce dashboards. We are looking for a skilled VR Developer to design and develop interactive AR/VR applications for industrial training, process simulation, safety training and operational improvement. Job Responsibilities Develop immersive VR applications for industrial training and process simulation.Build applications for Meta Quest and other standalone VR devices.Create realistic interactions, object handling, assembly processes and step-by-step training workflows.Develop safety, machine operation, maintenance and manufacturing training modules.Import and optimise CAD models and 3D assets for VR applications.Implement hand tracking, controller interaction, teleportation, UI panels, audio guidance and assessment systems.Integrate user login, training scores, reports and LMS or backend APIs.Test, debug and optimise VR applications for smooth performance.Generate and deploy APK builds for Meta Quest devices.Coordinate with designers, developers and industrial process experts.Maintain proper technical documentation for each VR module.Required Skills Strong experience with Unreal Engine or Unity.Good knowledge of C++, Blueprints or C#.Experience developing applications for Meta Quest.Understanding of OpenXR, VR controllers and hand-tracking systems.Experience with 3D model optimisation, lighting, materials and animation.Knowledge of collision systems, physics, UI development and interaction design.Ability to troubleshoot VR performance and deployment issues.Understanding of REST APIs, databases or LMS integration will be an advantage.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering or a related field.25 years of relevant AR/VR development experience.Previous experience creating industrial, manufacturing, safety or technical training simulations.Experience with Blender, Maya, 3ds Max or similar 3D software.Published VR projects or a strong portfolio will be preferred.What We Offer Opportunity to work on real industrial AR/VR projects.Exposure to manufacturing, automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.Collaborative and innovation-focused working environment.Opportunities to develop solutions for leading industrial organisations.Professional growth in AR, VR, AI, IoT and digital transformation technologies.Application Requirements Interested candidates should submit: Updated rsumAR/VR project portfolioLinks or videos of previous VR applicationsCurrent salaryExpected salaryNotice periodCurrent locationPay: From 10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
