Java/spring Boot (Chennai)

Java/Springboot: 5+ years of hands-on Java,springboot development experience. Proficiency in Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and multithreading/concurrency. Proven experience with Kafka - design, tuning, partitions, offset management, and stream processing. Strong experience in performance tuning of backend systems and query optimization (JDBC and JPA). Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL is a plus. Optimize backend services for low-latency, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant performance. Analyze and improve SQL and JPA/Hibernate queries to enhance system performance under heavy load. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and bottlenecks, ensuring high system availability. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish coding standards. Work with large datasets and real-time streaming architectures. Familiarity with profiling tools (JVisualVM, YourKit, etc.) and logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Robust understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles. Compensation: 20,000.00 - 42,453.55 per month Work Location: In person .
