The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, data processing, and Python development, with the ability to build scalable AI solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing tasks in an agile environment, and delivering high-quality, data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to task estimation, planning, and execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprints), ensuring timely delivery of AI/ML solutions. - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines for real-world applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define problem statements, and recommend AI-driven solutions. - Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to improve performance and accuracy. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code following best practices and coding standards. - Develop and maintain APIs or microservices to integrate ML models into production systems. - Create and maintain documentation for models, workflows, and systems for future reference. - Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. - Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance by following secure coding and ML best practices. - Use tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking tasks, sprint planning, and collaboration. Skills and Qualification: - 24 years of experience in Python development and Machine Learning. - Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. - Experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments. - Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. - Familiarity with REST APIs, Flask/Django/FastAPI frameworks. - .
