CAD Application Engineer SolidWorks

As a CAD Application Engineer at SIMTEK, an authorized reseller of SOLIDWORKS products & 3DEXPERIENCE Works, you will be a part of our agile Technical Team, working closely with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings. - Conduct training sessions for customers on SolidWorks software and related applications. - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions. - Assist in the implementation and customization of SolidWorks software to meet customer needs. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals. - Stay updated on the latest SolidWorks features, enhancements, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, or Aeronautical Engineering. - 0 to 4 years of experience in Design/Quality Control/Production. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. - Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Possession of a Two Wheeler is mandatory for customer visits.
