Architect (Design & Interior Consultancy)

As an Architect at Sasi Design Research Center (SDRC), you will be responsible for leading architectural and interior design consultancy projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using standard design software. Additionally, you will conduct regular site visits to ensure the implementation matches design specifications and adheres to safety and building codes. You will also be tasked with sourcing and specifying sustainable materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting for high-end consultancy works. Acting as a bridge between the research wing and external clients, contractors, and specialized vendors will also be a part of your collaboration responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architecture and interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring functional and visually appealing results. - Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using standard design software. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure implementation matches design specifications and adheres to safety and building codes. - Source and specify sustainable materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting for high-end consultancy works. - Act as a bridge between the research wing and external clients, contractors, and specialized vendors. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a COA-recognized institution. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and interior consultancy. - Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
