About the role
Role Overview: SASMOS HET Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various interrelated projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business objectives. You will play a key role in strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, performance monitoring, and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: - Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various interrelated projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business objectives. - Strategic Planning: Establish program objectives, develop plans, schedules, and budgets, and obtain stakeholder approval. - Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to project managers and team members. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate program status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership. - Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them. - Performance Monitoring: Track program metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to support program activities and projects. Qualifications Required: - Education: A bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is typically required. A masters degree (MBA) is often preferred. - Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) can enhance job prospects. - Skills: Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
