Job Title: IT Technician Hardware & Software Maintenance and Support Job Location: Weghmens Business Centre, Veer Savarkar Block, 21, near Nirman Vihar, Shakarpur Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 12,000.00 - 16,000.00 per month Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components of the organizations computers. They will also provide ongoing support for these systems through remote access or site visits as required. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.Perform regular maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently.Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve issues promptly.Diagnose and repair technical issues, including hardware failures, software malfunctions, and network connectivity problems.Support management teams by responding to and resolving technical queries.Document and report technical issues and resolutions for future reference.Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (Preferred).Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Familiarity with technical support processes and software.Strong communication and customer service skills.Benefits: Performance Bonus.Work Schedule: Day shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftAbility to Commute/Relocate: Must be able to reliably commute or have plans to relocate to Weghmens Business Centre, Veer Savarkar Block, 21, near Nirman Vihar, Shakarpur before starting work Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 15,086.00 - 18,000.00 per month Shift: Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Shakarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) .
