Design engineer - Engine Stackup

As an experienced candidate with 3-7 years of experience, you should possess a BE/ME degree in Mech/Auto. Your skill set should include expertise in Interiors NPD_CAD, CATIA V5, 3DX, and Teamcenter. You should be proficient in CATIA V5, particularly in part, surface, and drawing. Your knowledge should extend to packaging studies, master sections, and interior trim design from concept to final release. You should have experience in design validation through reviews, benchmarking, cost reduction, and resolving design issues throughout the development lifecycle. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of prototyping, manufacturing, assembly processes, and tools like Teamcenter, Vismockup, and MS Office. Your skill set should also include strong problem-solving abilities (8D/6 Sigma), multitasking skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers. Your role will involve being experienced in interior component design and CATIA-based CAD development. This includes digital pre-assembly, GD&T, and Vismockup. You should have a strong focus on design quality, engineering reviews, and timely delivery of product development milestones.
