Stamping Process Designer

Job Description: As a Stamping Process Designer at SATVEN in Chennai, you will be responsible for the following: - Conducting forming simulations for closures, trim panels, and G3 progressive panels using Autoform software. - Developing die faces using CAD/AUTOFORM/PAMSTAMP software. - Preparing processes for stamping tooling and ensuring the feasibility of parts. - Proposing product changes based on analysis and determining process requirements. - Performing engineering changes feasibility using CAD and conforming to global standards. - Carrying out feasibility studies for hot stamping parts in Autoform. - Generating material cards in Autoform and having a good understanding of material properties. - Evaluating stamping skin parts using Autoform (Cold) and analyzing springback. - Understanding hot stamping material behaviors in various zones.
