Role & responsibilities Profile: Service Desk Position: Analyst Trainee Job Location: Noida . Eligibility Criteria: Should be a (2023/2024/2025/2026 - B. Tech/ BCA (Computers)/ B. Sc (Mathematics / Computers) graduates Minimum 55% throughout the academics. B-Tech (CSE/ IT/ ECE / EEE / Civil / Mechanical / Instrumentation only) (2023/2024/2025/2026 graduates) Should have all the educational certificates Candidates should not have any academic backlogs currently. Level of Experience required: Freshers Good command in spoken & written English is mandatory. Job Description: Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Research questions using available information resources. Advise users on appropriate action. Should know about SLA and severity/priority (Person should aware Incident and service request definition). Follow standard help desk procedures. Log all help desk interactions. Temp asset device allocation. Administer help desk software. Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues. Redirect problems to correct resource. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions. Prepare activity reports in excel format.
