Minimum 4 years of hands on experience with .NET and C#,with strong expertise in Object oriented design,Design patterns,Software engineering best practices. At least 5 years of experience with relational databases (Oracle and / or Microsoft SQL Server),including writing Complex Queries,performance tuning and database optimization.
