Civil Engineer (High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects) Position: Civil Engineer Experience: 10-15 Years Industry: Real Estate Project Type: High-Rise Residential & Commercial Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 10-15 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector, specializing in high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, coordination, and timely completion of projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise civil construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects. Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed within budget, quality standards, and timelines. Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, local regulations, and safety standards. Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures. Monitor material consumption and control project costs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion certificates. Resolve technical issues at the site and recommend engineering solutions. Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and as-built drawings. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Required Skills Strong knowledge of RCC construction and high-rise building execution. Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and MS Office. Sound understanding of construction methodologies, QA/QC, and safety practices. Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, and contract management. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate construction. Experience in executing high-rise residential and commercial building projects is mandatory. Preferred Candidate Profile Proven experience with reputed real estate developers.
