Design & Planning Associate

You will be joining Sayash Vastu, a leading consultancy specializing in Residential, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial projects. Your role as a Design & Planning Associate will involve supporting the team in layout planning, drafting, design visualization, presentations, documentation, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and developing layouts for Residential, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial projects. - Prepare, modify, and manage drawings using AutoCAD. - Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp or any equivalent 3D software. - Develop professional client presentations, reports, and design proposals. - Assist in space planning, zoning studies, and layout optimization. - Support the design development process from concept creation to final documentation. - Prepare project documentation, drawings, and presentation material for internal and client meetings. - Coordinate with senior management on project planning and development activities. - Accompany senior management on site visits, client meetings, project inspections, and site assessments. - Conduct site measurements, collect project-related information, and maintain accurate records. - Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with clients, consultants, and vendors as required. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Planning, or a related field. - 13 years of relevant experience. - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. - Strong presentation and documentation skills are mandatory. - Working knowledge of Photoshop is required. - Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, or any other 3D software will be an advantage. - Good understanding of layouts, space planning, and design fundamentals. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings when required.
