Job DescriptionWhat you will do Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agilityContributing to defining product roadmap and supporting end to end delivery of the product releases & communication with different stakeholdersDesign, Develop, test, support and deploy mobile applications.Perform hands-on development and provide code reviews and architectural insights.Work collaboratively with engineering teams through design and development to deliver high quality productEnsure to develop high-quality, innovative, and scalable technical solutions with a good understanding of CICD pipeline.Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutionsEmploy agile methodologies to quickly provide engineers with solutions.Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of technology and processesChallenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of productSupporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutionsAct as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and cultureQualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.Ideally knowledge equivalent to 8 to 10 years experience in the native app development and mobile app architecture Hands on experience in delivering solutions based on Swift/SwiftUI, iOS SDKs and cocoa touch technologies as an engineer in global organizations.Understanding of testing frameworks like XCTest.Strong knowledge on Architecture Patterns and Understanding on different types like MVVM, Clean-Architecture/VIPERUnderstanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines.Expertise in security best practice.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, GitLab}}.Familiarity with continuous integrationGood experience and understanding of working in an agile environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.Good understanding of DevOps processes (CI/CD pipeline)Experience in agile development process like release planning in Agile, monitor burn down charts, resolve impediments to achieve goals, manage dependencies and ability to do risk planning and execute mitigation plans.Excellent data structures & algorithms skills with exposure to digital transformation and digital technologiesStrong communicator with ability to collaborate, build relationships, and support in achieving broader organizational goals.Self-starter, who can take initiatives and get things done with minimal guidance.Prior experience in Banking or financing domain is a plus but not necessary.Additional InformationSopra Banking software has an opportunity for a R&D Project Lead- Mobile(iOS) in our R&D team at Noida location.
