Experience: 1–5 Years Salary: 60K-80K DOE Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst / Assistant Manager – IT Developer to join our growing team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in software development and data-driven applications. You will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems while supporting business and operational initiatives.

Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Python, and React Write and optimize complex queries using SQL / PL-SQL Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support development and maintenance of web-based platforms and internal tools Participate in system integration, debugging, and performance tuning Assist in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Ensure code quality through unit testing, documentation, and best practices Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 1–5 years of experience in software development or IT analyst roles Strong programming experience in: Java Python React (JavaScript framework)

Hands-on experience with SQL / PL-SQL for database management and querying Understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong communication skills (English required; Korean is a plus)
