ServiceNow ITAM Architect

As a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) expert with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to successful ServiceNow projects and transformations. Your role will involve utilizing your deep understanding of ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Discovery processes. You should possess foundational certifications in ServiceNow administration and have experience with HAM & SAM implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and contribute to ServiceNow projects and transformations. - Utilize your expertise in ITSM, HAM, SAM, and Discovery processes. - Implement and customize Asset Discovery, Onboarding, Inventory, and Tagging processes. - Configure and manage CMDB & Discovery configurations. - Manage IRE configurations, HAM & SAM foundation data, and ITAM configurations. - Understand asset lifecycle management and configure forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies. - Develop and enhance ServiceNow functionalities using scripting languages like JavaScript and Jelly. - Mentor and lead junior developers within the ServiceNow environment. - Communicate complex technical issues effectively to various stakeholders. - Manage conflicts, negotiate successful outcomes, and prioritize conflicting priorities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementations. - Proven track record in successfully leading and contributing to ServiceNow projects. - Understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies. - Foundational certifications in ServiceNow administration (CSA or equivalent). - Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server configuration, and API usage.
