Position Overview Experience: 68 Years Type: Client-facing | Execution Lead Location: Pune, MH Tech Stack: Python (FastAPI), ReactJS, Node.js, AWS Role Summary We are hiring a Tech Lead (Execution-focused) to drive day-to-day development delivery for B2B business applications. The role involves leading implementation, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating tasks across developers, and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and clients. Architecture and scope finalisation will be handled by senior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution and ensure delivery as per defined scope and timelines Break down business and technical requirements into actionable tasks and track progress with the development teamDevelop, enhance, and maintain backend APIs using Python FastAPISupport ReactJS frontend development, including API integrations and coordination with frontend teamsReview code, resolve technical blockers, and ensure adherence to quality and coding standardsParticipate in client calls for status updates, requirement clarifications, and product demosProvide regular and structured status updates to senior team members and client stakeholdersCoordinate with QA and UAT teams and support smooth and timely production releases RequirementsRequired Skills Strong hands-on experience with Python Fast API, including REST API development, authentication, and request validation Good working knowledge of ReactJS for UI development and API integrationWorking knowledge of Node.js for building APIs, services, and integrationsExposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatchExperience delivering B2B applications with real-world business workflowsExperience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools Required Experience 68 years of overall experience in full-stack development Must have delivered at least one end-to-end B2B client projectStrong communication skills with confidence in client-facing discussionsProven ability to lead execution and coordinate delivery across development teams Good to Have Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and exposure to SQL Alchemy Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelinesExperience working with third-party integrations, background jobs, and production support BenefitsWhat we offer A challenging career road map for a modern Software Development Thought stimulating project work An open, transparent and flat structured working environment 15 Holidays in a year Health insurance benefit Company-sponsored passes to conferences relevant to your job Company-paid certifications relevant to your job .
