General Information The Software Technical Project Leader (SWTPL) is responsible for endtoend technical ownership and delivery of automotive embedded software projects. The role bridges customer requirements, system architecture, software development, quality, and project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, cost, and quality standards. The SWTPL works closely with OEM customers, internal crossfunctional teams, and global development centers, while ensuring compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity, and OEM-specific processes Your Key Responsibilities 1. Project & Technical Leadership - Lead software development projects from RFQ/quotation phase through SOP and postSOP support - Own technical decisionmaking, software concept, and feasibility analysis - Define and manage software project scope, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies - Act as technical interface between customer, system, hardware, and software teams 2. Customer & Stakeholder Management - Serve as primary customer interface for software topics - Clarify and manage customer requirements, change requests, and technical discussions - Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, technical workshops, and audits - Align internal teams with OEM expectations, timelines, and quality targets 3. Software Development Oversight - Guide software teams working on: - Embedded C/C++ development - AUTOSAR (Classic / Adaptive) - BSP, MCAL, Middleware - Diagnostics (UDS), Bootloader, OTA - Communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) - Ensure proper software architecture, modularity, reusabil .
