Your Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Consulting & Advisory Act as a technical advisor for business units on Power Platform use cases, solution design, and feasibilityTranslate business requirements into technical concepts and solution architecturesSupport and coach citizen developers and project teams in solution design and implementationReview existing Power Platform solutions and provide recommendations for optimization and improvementProvide templates and solution patterns Solution Development Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & ModelDriven), Power Automate cloud and desktop flowsImplement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions following best practices and architectural guidelinesIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure services, and external systems via connectors and APIsSupport application lifecycle management, including solution packaging and deployment across environments Quality, Standards & Collaboration Ensure developed solutions comply with internal security, compliance, and quality standardsCollaborate with governance and platform administration teams to align development with platform policiesContribute to defining development standards, patterns, and reusable componentsParticipate in architectural discussions and crossteam technical alignment Enablement & Knowledge Sharing Create and maintain technical documentation, solution guides, and best practicesShare knowledge on new Power Platform features and development capabilitiesSupport adoption initiatives through workshops, enablement sessions, and technical guidance. Required Skills & Experience Core (Primary) Skills Strong handson experience with Microsoft Power Platform development, especially:Power Apps (Canvas & ModelDriven)Power Automate (cloud and desktop)DataverseSolid understanding of solution architecture and ALM concepts within Power PlatformExperience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and external servicesAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions Complementary (Secondary) Skills Experience with PowerShell, scripting, or automationKnowledge of Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) is an advantageFamiliarity with agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceUnderstanding of governance, security, and licensing considerations in enterprise environments Your Qualifications Qualifications University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable fieldStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsExcellent communication and consulting abilitiesStructured, selfdriven, and qualityoriented working styleTeam player with a strong sense of ownership As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
