About the role
- Troubleshooting for technical problems happened on production line. 2. Qualify new raw material to parts, by all kinds of test in external lab. 3. Leading projects implementation, including QVE（Quality&Value Engineering), PEP(Product Evolution project）, PMP（Project Management Process）, COS（Change of supplier）, backup tooling and productivity projects. a. Lead Mounting/trail run and provide report b. Update Symphony for BOM maintenance c, Do technical analysis and lead action inside and outside lab / teams 4. Technical files management a. Define and update inspection list to IQC department. b. Deliver right version drawing/AS/CP files to related departments, lead implementation. c. Apply and fully manage the derogation, take action accordingly. 5. Customer complaint analysis a. Support Quality for customer complaint analysis and actions. b. Support improve efficiency and CI. 资格 1. Degree: Master 2. Major in: Mechnical design, electromechanics, electrics，Project Management background 3. Digital knowledge/sense of digital Transformation and tools skill, RPA, Machine learning 4. English skill in oral and written. 5. PC operation, Office software, Windchill/PDM 6.
