ANALYST BUSINESS & DATA ANALYTICS Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to analyze large amounts of raw data to find patterns & provide valuable business insights. In this role, you should have ability to diligently involve in activities like Data Cleaning, Retrieval, Manipulation, Analytics and Reporting. Highly focused individual with self-driven attitude, problem solving and logical thinking to automate and improve internal processes. You should have strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to complete assigned tasks according to the outlined scope and timeline. Your goal will be to help the team analyze data trends to make better decisions. Responsibilities Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes. Act as business/data analyst collecting the requirements from business and translating it in the actions. Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data. Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns Present information using data visualization techniques (Tableau) Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones. Business / Soft Skills and Experience: Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams Ability to work closely with globally dispersed stakeholders from Business Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple Business groups Ability to translate business needs into requirements for visualization and reporting needs Ability to tell a story through data A data driven mindset with ability to influence behavior based on analytics BSc/BE in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field/ graduate degree in Analytics or any other quantitative field is preferred. Technology Skills and Experience Advanced excel skills are a must. Basic Python programming skills is a must & Advanced knowledge of Python is positive to have Experience with dashboarding and visualization tool like Tableau in previous roles. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, developing Business Intelligence visualizations / reports and presenting meaningful insights from data to senior stakeholders. Knowledge of database and data warehousing concepts (SQL, AWS) is plus. Knowledge about AL/ML technologies, statistical concepts, building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms is plus. .
