Product Manager - Solar

bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Administration; advanced degrees or project management certifications preferred Minimum 2 years as solar/renewable energy product owner/manager, ideally with EPC experience Minimum 5 years in solar project installation, maintenance, and supplier interaction Proven success in managing large-scale solar projects and cross-functional teams In-depth understanding of solar energy systems and related regulations Proficient in solar PV simulation tools (eg, PVsyst, Helioscope) Experience with government solar rooftop projects and tender processes Proficient in data analysis and reporting Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; Hindi proficiency advantageous
