About the role
Role Summary: We are looking for an Associate Full-Stack Developer who is eager to learn, contribute to real-world projects, and grow into a strong full-stack engineer. The role involves working on both frontend and backend development under the guidance of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing frontend and backend features Work with APIs, databases, and basic business logic Fix bugs and support ongoing development tasks Write clean, maintainable code with guidance Participate in code reviews and sprint activities Follow coding standards and best practices Support testing, documentation, and deployments Required Skills Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (preferred: React) Basic backend knowledge (Node.js / Java / Python / .NET) Understanding of REST APIs Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) Basic Git/version control knowledge Willingness to learn and adapt Experience & Qualifications 0–2 years of software development experience Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Internship or academic project experience is a plus Soft Skills: Strong learning mindset Good communication skills Problem-solving attitude Ability to work well in a team
