Steel Material knowledge. 3D modelling and drafting in Solid Edge Design of weld structure and pin connections. Resolving fields failures and manufacturing issues. Nice to Have Skills: Manufacturing process knowledge. GD&T exposure for making drawings and stack up tolerance calculations. Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop floor and Testing. Roles and Responsibility: Calculations for the design of load bearing steel structures. Design of weld connections. Initiation, definition and monitoring of tests and measurements Design calculation as per Indian & European standards Selection of materials & OEM parts. Preparation of 3D models and release of drawing for manufacturing Technical clarification to internal customers, vendors & suppliers. Resolving fields failures Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.
