Learn more about why Forbes thinks we are the top 100 startups in Aisa to watch. https://www.scimplify.com Role : Principal Scientist-Speciality Polymer (Polyurethanes, Polyamides, Polyols) Role Overview Scimplify is seeking a Speciality Polymer R&D Leader to lead innovation and process development in polyurethane systems, polyamides, and polyos for speciality industrial applications. Key Responsibilities Lead polymer synthesis and formulation development. Drive new product development for specialty polymer applications. Develop scalable processes for polyurethane, polyamide, and polyol systems. Work closely with commercial teams to translate market requirements into product innovation. Manage pilot scale development and technology transfer to manufacturing. Build strong collaborations with global customers and research partners. Lead and mentor the polymer R&D team. Qualifications PhD / M.Tech in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering. Strong experience in polymer synthesis and formulation chemistry. Experience in global/MNC R&D environments. Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in R&D. Preferred Background Specialty polymers Polyurethane chemistry Industrial polymer applications
