Product Manager Performance - Star Trek Fleet Command

As the Product Manager Performance, you ll contribute to the optimization and execution of strategies that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization across our live game. You will focus on key LiveOps pillars such as events, feature performance, and live sales; ensuring that everything we launch is performant, data-informed, and player-first. You ll play a key role in supporting high-impact live systems by analyzing results, identifying improvement areas, and partnering with other stakeholders to adjust live operations in real time. Key responsibilities include: Monitor and evaluate the performance of recurring events, LiveOps features, and in-game offers, identifying areas of improvement through player data and KPIs. Support the implementation and tuning of reward structures, pacing, and monetization strategies across multiple player segments. Help develop scalable, repeatable workflows for tracking LiveOps effectiveness and supporting in-flight adjustments to maximize performance. Collaborate with Product Ops, Design, Economy, and Analytics to review event configurations and support the timely execution of LiveOps initiatives. What We re Looking For 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to LiveOps in a free-to-play mobile game environment. Strong analytical mindset and experience working with product KPIs, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks. Excellent communication and organization skills; able to coordinate effectively across teams including design, product marketing, economy, and data science. Attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the player experience. Passion for games, with an understanding of F2P systems, progression loops, and player behaviour.
