UI/UX Design Consultant

As a UI/UX Design Consultant, your role involves collaborating with Business Consultants, Data Engineers, and Designers to understand project requirements and create intuitive solutions. You will need to keep the user in mind while crafting pixel-perfect designs that deliver delightful experiences. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading with user-centricity by translating people's needs into design elements and explaining the rationale behind your choices to non-design audiences. - Designing and iterating using a range of techniques and tools such as sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and user testing to quickly iterate on designs while maintaining attention to detail. - Effectively communicating design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders through presentations and design artifacts to ensure a shared understanding and alignment. - Familiarizing yourself with the Fractal design system and leveraging its components and guidelines to design solutions, contributing to its enhancement with valuable insights based on your expertise. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in creating delightful user experiences for enterprise products or solutions with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas throughout the design process with stakeholders. - Proficiency in data visualization to present complex data in easy-to-understand visuals. - Skill in engaging storytelling to translate abstract ideas into compelling narratives using effective visuals. - Solid practical knowledge of core user experience principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. - Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality and pixel-perfect designs. - Enthusiasm for iteration and improvement, displaying humility to consider design critique objectively and take prompt action.
