About Script Assist Script Assist is building the operating system for next-generation private healthcare in the UK. We power prescribing, dispensing, and operational workflows across clinics and pharmacies through a live software platform used every day in a regulated environment where accuracy, reliability, and operational discipline matter. We are growing quickly and building out the internal systems, devices, access controls, and day-to-day IT support structures that keep the business running smoothly. The Role We are hiring an IT Administrator to support the day-to-day internal IT operations of the business. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who is organised, reliable, technically comfortable, and good at solving problems quickly. You will help keep the team productive by supporting: • User setup and onboarding • Access and permissions • Laptops and devices • Software and systems support • Internal troubleshooting • IT hygiene and operational consistency This is a strong fit for someone who has worked in IT administration, IT support, system administration, desktop support, internal IT operations, or helpdesk and user-support environments. What You'll Do • Support day-to-day internal IT operations • Set up laptops, user accounts, and access for new starters • Manage joiners, movers, and leavers across internal systems • Help maintain user permissions and access controls • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and day-to-day user issues • Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar business systems where relevant • Keep devices, systems, and IT records organised • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers when issues need escalation • Help maintain a clean, reliable internal IT environment as the business grows What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone with: • Hands-on experience in IT administration, IT support, or systems support • Confidence supporting users with day-to-day technical issues • Comfort working across laptops, software, access, and internal systems • A structured and dependable working style • Good written and spoken English • Strong organisation and follow-through • Comfort working in a hybrid Ahmedabad-based role Added (critical modern IT requirements): • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcement • Experience managing identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • Understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, and device configuration profiles • Ability to manage device lifecycle through MDM tools • Basic experience with IT budgeting, vendor coordination, and cost awareness Helpful experience includes: • User onboarding and offboarding • Account provisioning • Device setup and troubleshooting • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration • Internal IT support ticketing • Permissions and access management • General systems administration • Hardware and software support Added (to strengthen candidate quality): • Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment) • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (conditional access, RBAC) • Endpoint and mobile device management (MDM) • Decurity policies and access governance • License management and cost optimisation for SaaS tools (e.g. Microsoft 365) • Working with IT vendors, procurement, and budgeting support This Role Is Likely a Good Fit If You Have Worked In: • IT administration • IT support • System administration • Desktop support • Internal helpdesk • Infrastructure support • User support operations • Office IT and business IT support This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If Your Experience Is Mainly: • Pure software development only • Highly specialist infrastructure roles with no user support • Non-technical admin work • Roles with no hands-on systems or support responsibility Apply Apply if you enjoy practical problem-solving, keeping systems organised, and supporting teams through reliable day-to-day IT administration.
