About the role
Position: UI/UX Designer Location: India (Remote) Employment Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift Experience: 2+ Years in UI/UX Design for B2B SaaS, Enterprise Products, or Data-Heavy Applications Scry AI is a research-led enterprise AI company that builds intelligent platforms for BFSI, insurance, logistics, and industrial enterprises to drive efficiency, insight, and compliance. Our solutions include Auriga for conversational AI, Collatio for document intelligence, and Concentio for cognitive IoT and operational intelligence. We help enterprises automate complex workflows, monitor field operations, and extract real-time insights from structured and unstructured data. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and enterprise-ready user experiences across our AI platforms and product modules. As a UI/UX Designer, you will design end-to-end experiences for complex enterprise workflows; turning multi-step tasks, data review flows, and insights dashboards into clean, fast, and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs that improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction. UX Research and Product Discovery Wireframes, Prototypes, and Interaction Design Define interaction patterns for data-heavy tasks like review, validation, reconciliation, approvals, and audit trails Design for speed, clarity, and reduced cognitive load in complex enterprise screens UI Design and Design Systems Produce polished UI screens aligned with brand guidelines and enterprise usability standards Maintain and extend reusable components, design libraries, and style guides (buttons, tables, forms, modals, navigation) Ensure responsive design across desktop and web experiences Work closely with product and engineering to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation Provide specs, redlines, and assets; Usability, Accessibility, and Quality Improve UX metrics such as task completion time, error reduction, and feature adoption 2+ years of UI/UX design experience for web applications (B2B SaaS or enterprise preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking (flows wireframes UI shipped outcomes)Proficiency with Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)Experience designing data-heavy interfaces: tables, filters, bulk actions, review queues, dashboardsStrong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and interaction designAbility to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with AI/analytics products, document processing workflows, or compliance-driven systems Familiarity with UX writing and microcopy for enterprise workflows Understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS basics) to collaborate effectively with engineers Is comfortable iterating quickly and shipping continuously Cares deeply about usability, clarity, and design quality in enterprise products If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI platforms are scaling securely and reliably in enterprise user experience environments. .
