About the role
Work closely with Information Security and other key stakeholders to build out and enhance SIEs Identity and Access Management solution (Saviynt). Lead onboarding of in-scope and new applications into Saviynt EIC Define and guide technical implementation for access request, provisioning, and de-provisioning using Saviynt OOTB and approved delimited integrations Enable manager, application owner, and regulatory access certifications with closed-loop remediation Lead role mining and role rationalization to reduce excessive access and support least-privilege principles Support SoD analysis, audit evidence generation, and reporting Design and implement HR-driven JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes using Workday as the future-state system of record Configure birthright access using Workday attributes Build and maintain an Access Request system utilizing Saviynt. Build and maintain connectors to a wide variety of endpoints in Saviynt . Build out documentation around processes configured in Saviynt and other tools. Ability to work in a majority SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise) environment with flexibility to leverage waterfall project delivery processes when required. Resolve identity related issues across the SIE organization. Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs for SIE. Conduct regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades as required Support dev / engineering teams alongside other IT DevOps staff Continuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve IAM program Prepare documentation for audits and acts as POC for audit issues Qualifications: Experience with Saviynt IGA required. Strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt EIC (Identity Repository, Access Requests, Certifications, Roles, Reporting) Experience with application onboarding, including connection setup, schema/account/entitlement mapping, imports, and reconciliation Strong knowledge of Saviynt jobs/tasks, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting (aggregation, provisioning, certification, lifecycle jobs) Experience with OOTB connectors, file-based/delimited integrations, and API-based integration patterns Working knowledge of Saviynt workflows, approvals, notifications, and remediation design Ability to write/review SQL queries for validation, reporting, and audit evidence Strong troubleshooting skills for provisioning failures, connector issues, and data sync defects Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, SoD, and audit/compliance controls Experience conducting User Access Certifications through an IAM tool.
