Automation QA Engineer SDH Systems LLC Posted 5 years ago Location: Denver, CO Work Schedule: Full Time Salary: $92,477.00/Annum + Company Standard Benefits Job Duties: Design and develop test automation scripts using open source, Object Oriented Programming based test framework to test the REST API services developed by Verizon Location Technology group. Identify test tools, frameworks and technologies for implementation that align with business goals, present infrastructure and the team skill set. Improve code quality and enable faster delivery/release cycles by being an integral part of the CI/CD pipeline. Design test architectures (test automation frameworks, code libraries, etc) for the team to use across the platforms. Define strategic direction for testing by providing guidance, feedback and suggestions to improve quality practices across the entire engineering team. Monitor the effectiveness of the test framework and the tests and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC Follow Agile methodology in application development and participate in sprint ceremonies Minimum Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
